He took the responsibility for holistic development of such girls along with Maa Basanti Manihar, Ms. Madhubala Advani and other members of the trust. Currently, Ms. Madhubala Advani and other members are taking it ahead.

To accomplish this, Personality Development Classes are organized every Sunday from 10:30am to 12:30 pm from July to January every year for students from all walks of life wherein they are taught the importance and purpose of education and human life, importance of the Almighty God, the art of striking balance in family and society, etc. and also enlightenment on many small and big things useful in life. In addition to this, high moral and ethical values are inculcated in them. Hundreds of students are actively participating in these classes every year and building their future by excelling in their examinations.
